Programme Learning Outcomes for Professional Diploma in Advanced Strategic Performance (NFQ Level 9, Special Purpose Award)
On successful completion of this programme, students should be able to:

• Demonstrate the skills and knowledge to conduct independent inquiry in the form of a critical advisory report.
• Demonstrate the ability to integrate knowledge from a broad range of academic theories, models and concepts across the capstone themes, together with the previous two Professional Diplomas.
• Demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to make data-driven strategic decisions in a global context, balancing the considerations of uncertainty and stakeholders' requirements.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risk and manage through crises, enhancing organisational agility, resilience and sustainability.
• Critically appraise and apply techniques to deliver successful personal and organisational change to build the leadership capability to tackle complexity and ambiguity in an ethical and sustainable way.
