The programme is designed for those who have already begun management and professional careers. For this reason, the Executive MBA Programme at UCC is offered on a part-time basis over 24 months from the date of first registration for the programme. Each 12-month period consists of two 12-week semesters. Parts 1 and 3 commence in January; and Parts 2 and 4 commence in September. Classes are held on Fridays (full day) and Saturdays (mornings) during each semester. The programme is normally available on a cyclical basis.
Students registered for the January 2021 - December 2022 programme cycle will take Part 4 in 2022/23.
Orientation and Introduction to the Leadership Development Framework
Students are required to attend the Orientation & Introduction to the Leadership Development
Framework programme prior to the commencement of Part One - Management Foundations. The
Leadership Development Framework allows students to reflect upon their achievements,
performance and learning through three structured reflective stages.
