The MSc in Human Resource Management is a part-time programme taken over two calendar years. It is run on a cyclical basis with an intake of students in September 2018 and will commence again in September 2020.

Consideration may be given to applicants who do not fully meet the above criteria but who have significant senior professional experience in related fields such as human resource management, training and development, employment relations, coaching, senior management and leadership roles. In these circumstances an interview may form part of the application decision.
In Year 1 Part I students take taught modules to the value of 50 credits. In Year 2, students take taught modules (Part 1) to the value of 20 credits and a research project/dissertation to the value of 20 credits.

Exit Award: Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Students who successfully complete 60 credits (50 credits in Year 1 and 10 credits Year 2) may opt to exit the programme with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
