The MA (Global Cultures and Migrations) is only open to students on the Erasmus Mundus Master in Transnational Migrations (MITRA) programme.
The MITRA programme is delivered in partnership with seven universities across Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Students take 120 credits over 24 months, including a thesis component. They complete one semester of study in the host institution,
Université de Lille, and three further semesters in one of the other partner institutions, according to the student's choice of
specialism. Students can opt to come to UCC in the first semester of Year 2. Upon completion of the progamme, students are awarded a MA in Global
Cultures and Migrations.
